About the Role
Proactively speak to customers on a daily basis.
Maintain and develop new business opportunities.
Book face-to-face meetings with customers.
Supporting the relevant internal sales representative by developing and maintaining relationships with personnel at all levels.
Be a main point of contact to ensure a smooth process for customers.
Represent the company to the customer in a professional and efficient manner through effective account management techniques, telephone and email contact.
Ensure the timely delivery of sales proposals/quotes and solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.
Must be flexible within the role.
Requirements
Previous fastener sales/knowledge.
Full Driving License.
Must be able to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
Highly organised, conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.
Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
Flexibility and willingness to work hard.
Reliable with the desire to exceed expectations.
Legal right to work in the UK with a valid passport.
