About the Role
Being in charge of leading a small team of 6 warehouse staff.
Working and communicating closely with the branch manager to ensure customers requirements are met.
This is a hands-on role involving order picking and general warehouse duties, maintaining a safe working environment for your colleagues and yourself.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
A desire to succeed is a must, along with a can-do attitude. You must understand the importance of working as part of a team but have the motivation and initiative to work alone sometimes in order to get the job done.
You must be used to working to deadlines in a busy environment and can think on your feet. You must also be able to demonstrate flexibility within your approach and be able to prioritise and remain focused at all times as accuracy is paramount to this role.
Full Driving License (Advantage, not essential)
FLT License (Advantage, not essential)
Previous warehouse experience (Advantage, not essential)
Must be able to work as part of a team and alone in a busy environment.
